Living
The spacious living room offers a view of the greenery and the surroundings. The large windows provide a beautiful light on the wooden floor. The living room is fully furnished – including a soft sofa, atmospheric lighting and a television. Next to the living room is the passage to the kitchen.

Kitchen
The bright kitchen with dining area and an adjoining cozy balcony. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and kitchen utensils, including a complete set of pans and crockery. The extensive kitchen includes a gas hob with a built-in extractor hood, a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, combi microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. The apartment has three bedrooms. All windows in the bedrooms have sunshades. All the rooms have a laminate floor. The largest bedroom is furnished as a master bedroom with a bilt-in closet. The other room is furnished with a single bed, desk and a bilt-in closet. There is a loft bed and a wardrobe in the third room.

Balconies
The largest balcony (8 m2) is accessible from the kitchen. This balcony has a cozy seating area, an extendable table, a sunshade and lighting. This balcony gives an attractive view of the greenery in the area. The bedroom with loft bed gives access to the balcony on the other side of the apartment.

Storage
Secured storage room is situated on the ground floor of the apartment complex, it is 6 m2, suitable for storing several bicycles and/or other belongings. Storage area has a separate street entrance for the bicycles.
