Bright living room with large windows with a lovely view of the surrounding area. The fully furnished living room – including a sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a spacious dining area and a television – has a laminate floor and stucco walls. From the living room you come to the first balcony.

Hall
The hall connects the living room with the separate kitchen. The hall also gives access to the toilet, the storage room, a wardrobe and the three bedrooms. The whole apartment is finished with the same neat laminate floor.

Kitchen
The kitchen, renovated in 2019, is equipped with the newest 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, combi microwave / oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. All kitchen supplies are also provided, such as a complete set of pans and tableware. From the kitchen you can access the second balcony.

Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms. Each room has a laminate floor. The first bedroom (approximately 13 m2) is located right next to the living room and has two spacious fitted wardrobes. The two other bedrooms (approximately 11 and 10 m2) are next to each other. Both are furnished with a single bed and a desk. These bedrooms also have practical, fitted wardrobes.

Balconies
The balcony is located on the east and offers enough space for a cozy seat. The second balcony – near the kitchen – faces north and provides shade on a warm summer day.

Storage
The apartment has a large storage room where the washing machine and dryer are located. There is a shared bicycle shed on the ground floor.
