Yes, we rent our apartments for a minimum of 1 year.
This means that right after signing the rental agreement, you will receive the key to the furnished apartment. Everything is there for sleeping, cooking and cleaning. You just have to unpack the luggage.
On the day the rental agreement starts, we make an appointment and at that moment we make an inspection round through the apartment to check whether the furniture and contents are complete. We also check all documents have been signed. Then we hand over the keys.

Do not hesitate to ask about the options for your pet. Normally, pets are not allowed in our fully furnished apartments. An exception can be made for some animals.
No, you sign a rental contract with EVOC in a personal capacity. That means that you are also the tenant.
Send an e-mail to EVOC. Note: you cannot end the rental contract until the fixed rental period has expired. It is important that you give one month’s notice, as is stated in the contract.

Yes, at least when it comes to minor adjustments. The furnishing of our apartments, as you see them on our site, is for illustration purposes. We are happy to discuss making adjustments to suit your particular needs. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
No, housing benefit depends on the rent and your income, family composition and assets. EVOC’s apartments all have a higher rental price.
